The Pulsed High Magnetic Field Facility (PHMFF) funded by the Chinese National Development and Reformation Committee has been developed at the Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center (WHMFC) at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). Magnets of 75 T short pulse, 50 T long pulse and 90.6 T dual stage pulse with bore sizes from 12 to 34 mm have been developed and operational for electric transport, magnetization, magneto-optics and Electron Spin Resonance at temperatures in the range from 40 mK to 350 K. The PHMFF was able to implement pulsed fields with high stability flat-top, rapid cooling magnets and measurement techniques with high signal-to-noise ratio. Experiments have been carried out with the four kinds 7 measurement stations on high temperature superconductors, topological insulators, semiconductors, frustrated materials, graphene and so on. The measurement results have demonstrated that the facility has been one of the best pulsed magnetic field facility worldwide for fundamental research, and it is ready to be opened to serve the external users. The variety and flexibility of our power supplies and magnets will provide unique opportunities for scientists from all over the world with different research fields.
